Designed to protect the VMC1VDS Metal Alloy Video Door Stations, the VDSWS-T increases the weather resistance rating of the VMC1VDS to IP31, as defined in the ANSI/IEC60529. When installed with the Door station, it is able to withstand particle penetration up to 2.5mm in diameter and water ingress in conditions of up to 1mm direct rainfall per minute for 10 minutes.
