How Does it Work?
Select and agree to the program level that works best for your business. Your quarterly minimum purchase target should be equal to or more than 20% of your annual purchase target. After each quarter DWG will review your account and the amount of Uniview equipment you purchased to determine the continuity of your program agreement.

Make sure you list DWG as your distributor with Uniview.
The purchased amount will be reviewed by UNIVIEW on a quarterly basis to determine the continuity of the Agreement. Each party may submit, in writing, their intent, without any reason, to terminate the Agreement with 30 days prior notice. The Agreement shall be automatically extended for each additional one year period and UNIVIEW is entitled to update version of the Agreement, unless either party notifies the other in writing at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the original or any extended period that such party does not wish extension. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Agreement will be automatically terminated if the Distributor Agreement between UNIVIEW and Distributor is ceased.
